Nicholas Pohl, MSW, Executive Director
Joining HYSB in 2010, Nicholas Pohl has an MSW from Fordham University and experience in program management/development. Nick has devoted considerable time working in a variety of contexts over the course of his social work career. From providing case management for homeless families in New York to developing an employment program for duel-disorder clients, Nick has an extensive professional background.
Erin Curry, MSW, Counselor
Erin Curry, MSW, is our full-time counselor and Student Assistance Program Coordinator. Erin received her Masters in Social Work, with a specialization in children and families from Fordham University. She interned as a clinician at New Milford Hospital in their Behavioral Health Services unit. Erin provided interventions in New Milford Public schools and Danbury Public Schools. She has worked with children and their families with a variety of treatment needs, including crisis and trauma-related. Erin is working to earn her certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Lynn Marlow, LCSW, Social Work Coordinator

Marlow, LCSW, comes to the Bureau with an accomplished social work
background. After completing her graduate work at SUNY Albany, Lynn
accumulated broad experience in a variety of settings, including
substance abuse counseling, crisis hotline work, homeless population
case management, and hospital-setting social work. As a recent
transplant to Falls Village and a mother of two young boys, Lynn has
quickly involved herself in the northwest corner community.
Anne Hughes, MSW Intern
Our Masters of Social Work intern, Anne Hughes comes to HYSB from the Silver Lake Conference Center. a UCC-sponsored church camp for youth and year-round retreat center, which she and her husband have co-directed for the last 8 years. Anne will be working closely with the Northwest Corner Prevention Network.
